Program Director

Morgan Kane

As Program Director I strive to cultivate an environment of safety and structure that supports our residents. I work as a case manager to Miller Home Girls to help them reach their goal of placement. I think it is important to interact with each girl in their day-to-day life. I get to know their strengths, weaknesses, likes, dislikes, and most importantly - their favorite dessert. Although my undergraduate and early career background is in Business Marketing, my desire to help people brought me to Miller Home as a Child Care Worker in 2014. After becoming Program Director in 2015, I earned my Master’s in Human Services Counseling: Crisis Response and Trauma from Liberty University. In my free time I enjoy traveling, running, watching Marvel movies, and trying as many different ice cream places as I can!
