Morgan Kane

Morgan Kane serves as the Executive Director of Miller Home for Girls, bringing more than a decade of dedicated service to the organization. She began her career at Miller Home as a Child Care Worker, later serving as Program Director from 2015 until her appointment as Executive Director in September 2025.

Morgan holds a Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling with a concentration in Crisis Response and Trauma. Her leadership is rooted in hands-on experience, trauma-informed care, and a deep passion for helping girls heal, grow, and thrive.

Under her guidance, Miller Home continues to provide a safe and empowering environment for young women facing adversity—offering not only shelter, but also stability, support, and hope.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys baking, running, watching Marvel movies, and trying new ice cream shops and flavors.

 

Fun Fact

Morgan has completed two marathons—Philadelphia and Charlotte—and commemorated her love for the Queen City with a crown tattoo. She also shares life with Bella, her 18-year-old Yorkie, who often accompanies her to Miller Home and is considered an honorary member of the team.
