Nicole Donnelly

Nicole Donnelly joined Miller Home for Girls in 2024 as a Child Care Worker and now serves as Program Director. She brings experience working with adolescents, supported by a background in Psychology, and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In her role, Nicole oversees the implementation of Miller Home’s daily program into residents’ routines, fostering consistency and growth.

She is passionate about helping each young woman overcome adversity and reach her fullest potential. Nicole takes a strengths-based approach, encouraging residents to recognize and build on their unique abilities.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys coffee, exploring outdoor trails, trying new restaurants around town, and spending time with her loved ones.
