Conditional Use Permit
Miller Home for Girls relocated to Riverside Dr. after receiving appropriate approvals from the City of Lynchburg in September before pursuing approval from the Department of Social Services which was approved in December 2025.
Acquiring the CUP would allow Miller Home to serve up to 8 residents at a time.
If Miller Home closed or left Riverside Dr. the CUP would not stay with the property.
